The sip, the glass of coffee you have been drinking, the standards nowadays are often created and applied based on competition. The competition grade slowly influenced consumer expectations for daily service. And that’s how the cycle of competition becomes increasingly intense.
So when Om Hendri Kurniawan called me to do this portrait, it was absolutely yes. These portraits were created in a special attribution night, made by Toffin at Alba Restaurant. Toffin is regarded as one of the largest coffee and machine suppliers in Indonesia. Their frequent participation as sponsors in many coffee events and exhibitions has had a great impact on the industry.
